- Completely contained under the gear cover housing with no need for external OEM ignition module and RPM limiter
- Switch for kickstart or electric start. The kickstart mode fires the first cylinder that comes up on compression stroke for that impressive one kick starting with little chance of kickback. The electric start mode allows the starter to spin over before the ignition is activated, that creates less draw on the battery and less strain on the starter motor
- Fully adjustable advance curves and adjustable REV limiter from 4000/8000 RPM
- A tachometer hook up wire is standard on both units
- OEM point/race switch. OEM point mode can be used with or without the OEM VOES unit for street usage and the race mode is for all out full throttle racing
- Units include an LED light for simple static timing and troubleshooting
- Must be run with spiral core spark plug wires and ignition coils with at least 2 OHM primary resistance

- Fits Big Twin 1970/1999 & Sportster 1971/2003 (except fuel injected models, Twin Cam or Sportster 1200S)
- Note: For Big Twin 1970/1983 & Sportster 1971/1982, OEM 32402-83 Ignition Timing Rotor or our 17523 or 17504 must be used
- Note: Includes rear cylinder timing adjustment of +/- five degrees for super fine tuning. To maximize performance the Crane Single Fire Coil 16071 or 16057 is recommended for Single Plug Heads and two 16050 or two 16056 coils for Dual Plug Heads
